Hamamatsucho Station is a train station located in the Hamamatsucho area of Minato Ward of Tokyo. It is served by the JR East Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines. The station consists of two platforms with cross-platform interchange between the two lines. Tracks 2 and 3 serve the Yamanote line and Tracks 1 and 4 serve Keihin-Tohoku.

Hamamatsucho Station is also the terminus of the Tokyo Monorail line to Haneda Airport. The official name of the monorail station is Monorail Hamamatsucho Station and is located to the west of the JR station on a separate elevated structure. The JR and monorail stations are connected by a passageway, built separately from the building on in-situ concrete piles.

Hamamatsu is a busy station as it is the most convenient station to Haneda Airport (the main airport for domestic flights and short range international flights) and close to Takeshiba-Futo Pier (for Tokyo Bay cruises and Izu seven islands trips).

Hamamatsucho is a business and commercial district of Minato ward. Several office buildings are located in the area, the most prominent being the World Trade Center. A number of nightclubs and hotels are also located in Hamamatsucho.
