Nerima
Station is
located in the Nerima Ward of Tokyo
. Both a train and subway station,
it is served by Ikebukuro Line,
Yurakucho Line, and Toshima Line
of Seibu Railways and the Toei Oedo
Subway Line.
The
part of Nerima Station that is used
by trains is an elevated one with
two island platforms and six sets
of tracks. Four sets touch the platforms,
while two are used by passing trains.
The platforms to the ticket entrances
are reached by elevators or escalators.
The station also has a waiting room
for passengers.
The
subway portion of Nerima Station
has a separate platform with one
set of tracks.
Nerima
is a suburban ward in western Tokyo
. The area around the station is mainly
residential with a few nice parks
which are good for walks.
